In continued partnership with Aflatoun International, Martyria Foundation for Development and Culture has successfully expanded the implementation of Aflatoun programmes across preparatory and secondary schools in Egypt during the 2025–2026 academic year.
Building on its commitment to empowering young people with essential life, social, and financial skills, Martyria delivered a range of programmes—including Aflatoun, Aflateen, and AflaYouth—across four leading schools in Cairo and Alexandria:
Frères De La Salle – Bab El Louk
St. Paul School – Shoubra
St. Joseph School – El Kharnfesh
St. Mark School – Alexandria
The programme reached a total of 770 students across 22 classes, engaging both preparatory and secondary levels through structured weekly sessions held every Saturday. Delivery was supported by a dedicated team of nearly 100 trained facilitators, ensuring interactive, high-quality learning experiences.
In addition to school-based programming, Martyria extended its impact through seasonal initiatives, including summer sessions at Misr Public Library and winter camps hosted at its premises, further enriching students’ learning journeys across different age groups.
This growing footprint reflects not only strong institutional commitment but also the increasing demand for holistic education that equips young people with the confidence, resilience, and skills to shape their futures and contribute positively to their communities.
Martyria’s work stands as a strong example of how sustained engagement and strategic partnerships can create meaningful and scalable impact in youth development.
