The workshop organised by Aflatoun and Injaz concluded today, marking a significant step towards identifying next steps into supporting national integration efforts in the MENA region.
The workshop brought together a team of 10 professionals from diverse fields, including education, M&E, and policy development. Over the course of the event, Aflatoun and Injaz shared their expertise and experiences in implementing financial education programmes, with a focus on how these initiatives can be adapted and scaled across MENA countries.
The discussion centred on the importance of embedding financial education into school curricula to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed financial decisions.
“We are excited to work with Injaz on this crucial initiative,” said Lama Yazbeck, Aflatoun Co-CEO. “By building on our collective experience and expertise in the field of infusing social and financial education into national education systems, we aim to help all MENA partners to create tailored solutions that will positively influence the financial capabilities of young people across the region.”
