2016 has been an important year for Aflatoun International, marking impressive progress of the network, working towards high-quality, inclusive, social and financial education for all children and young people, especially the most vulnerable. The organisation continues to go from strength to strength, making positive change. Highlights of 2016 include the new peacebuilding curriculum, the girls’ economic empowerment programme and new materials to increase youth employability and entrepreneurship. Worldwide, we have trained teachers to deliver our social and financial education programmes.
