AFLATOT The early years of a child offer a unique opportunity to shape their development. In the Aflatot curriculum three to six year-olds gather the building blocks of social and financial literacy before they reach primary school.
This supplement seeks to empower girls to become agents of positive change in their own lives, and role models for other girls in their communities. In out-of-classroom, informal settings, the programme uses interactive games to encourage girls to explore personal health (fitness and nutrition) related topics, while being physically active. Topics include healthy food options, body image, mental and physical wellness, safe sexual choices and includes an optional physical programme with running.
