Aflatoun Day is the annual celebration with everyone in the Aflatoun International network; children, youth, teachers, etc. It will happen 30 March to fall within Global Money Week (27 March-2 April).
The Aflatoun Day is a great occasion for our partners to celebrate their work together with the children and youth in their programme.
Many activities will take place:
– Our annual worldwide Skype call; we hope to see many young people from Aflatoun programmes to talk to one another. Are you an Aflatoun teacher or club leader and would you like to join? You can register here before 14 March: http://wqd.nl/wsor
– As every year, we encourage partners to organise their own celebratory events to mark Aflatoun Day, like workshops, markets and plays.
– The Aflateen Ambassador 2017 celebrates invited children and young people to share their ideas and entrepreneurial projects aimed at solving community problems. Join at www.aflateen.org
