Association “Integra Bulgaria” is an NGO with the mission to connect people from all levels and backgrounds and to develop in them qualities for successful social and economic integration in society. Integra believes that in everyone there is a striving for well-being and personal and professional development. They assist institutions at international, national, regional and local levels in the promotion of their education, qualification, culture and integration policies.
Integra, that was already implementing programmes like human rights education in orphanages, started with the Aflateen programme in 2014. They translated and adapted the Aflateen Manual and trained master trainers, facilitators and teachers for schools and non-formal education centers. Currently there are 1100 Aflateen Students active in 10 schools supported by 34 teachers.
