Junior Achievement of Armenia (JAA) is a non-governmental organisation and an affiliate of Junior Achievement Worldwide. Junior Achievement of Armenia gives today’s Armenian youth the necessary skills and knowledge to compete and succeed in tomorrow’s world and to educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise and civil society.
JAA piloted the Aflatoun and Aflateen programme in 2010. The materials were translated into the Armenian language and adapted to the local context. The students welcomed the programme with enthusiasm and even those from other classes wanted to join the programme. Also teachers have asked JAA teachers to provide them with some Aflatoun study materials to discuss them during their lessons with children.
